Welcome to iTrustLD, a registered trademark of ITrustLD (PVT) LTD. These Terms of Use govern the initiation, utilization, and termination of your iTrustLD Account and associated payment services. By accessing or utilizing our services, you unequivocally agree to abide by these Terms of Use. Please read them meticulously.
These Terms of Use, coupled with any supplementary terms and conditions mentioned herein, establish the contractual agreement between you and us. For additional services, acceptance of supplementary terms and conditions may be requisite during the ordering or usage process. We recommend printing or downloading a copy of these Terms of Use for future reference. The current version is always accessible on our website.
Depending on your type of iTrustLD Account, additional terms and conditions may be applicable, as communicated to you. In case of any conflict between additional terms and these Terms of Use, the former shall prevail.
Kindly note that iTrustLD accounts are not equivalent to bank accounts. Acceptance of these Terms of Use implies acknowledgment that the Srilanka Financial Services Compensation Scheme does not cover your iTrustLD Account. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, there is a potential risk of losing electronic funds held in your iTrustLD Account.
5.1. To avail our payment services, you must initiate an iTrustLD Account by registering on our website. During signup, acceptance of these Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice is mandatory, requiring legal capacity. Additional terms and conditions may apply for extra services.
5.2. Approval from us is mandatory for opening multiple iTrustLD Accounts.
5.3. You may open an iTrustLD Account only if it is legally permissible in your country of residence. Your representation during account opening that adheres to all applicable laws and regulations is obligatory.
5.4. Ensuring accuracy and truthfulness of all information provided during registration is your responsibility. Failure to maintain accurate information within three (3) months may result in account deactivation.
5.5. Adding Payment Methods to your iTrustLD Account is allowed only if you are the designated holder of the account. Any attempt otherwise will be considered fraudulent.
5.6. You are responsible for ensuring that your iTrustLD Account information is current. We may request confirmation or documentation at any time.
5.7. Closing your iTrustLD Account is possible at any time, with ongoing management fees applicable post-closure. This provision survives the termination of the relationship.
6.1. In online transactions, include the iTrustLD email in the description/remark field.
6.2. Ensure correct inclusion of the iTrustLD Account email for deposited funds.
6.3. Mandatory elements in the Transaction Photo include Date, Time, Description/Remark, and account number.
6.4. Failure to comply may result in non-refundable rejected deposits.
6.5. We are not liable for irregularities in other banks and platforms.
7.1. Usage of our services mandates compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You represent and warrant possessing necessary licenses for User Content posting.
8.1. These Terms of Use grant no rights to any other person.
8.2. Governed by Srilankan law, disputes shall exclusively be brought before Srilankan courts.
8.3. If any part is deemed invalid, the remainder remains valid.

Additional terms may apply to specific services, which will be communicated to you when ordering or using these services. We recommend saving a copy of these Terms of Use for future reference. The latest version can always be found on our website.
Depending on your iTrustLD Account type, additional terms may apply, which we will communicate to you when necessary. In case of conflict, these additional terms take precedence over the Terms of Use.
Please note that iTrustLD electronic money accounts are not considered bank accounts. By accepting these Terms of Use, you acknowledge that the Srilanka's Financial Services Compensation Scheme does not cover your iTrustLD Account. In the unlikely event of insolvency, there is a potential risk of losing the electronic funds held in your iTrustLD Account.
